In “For The First Time In Forever” Anna sings that there are 8,000 salad plates in the castle, but the ones shown don’t really seem like that many, right? Right?
But who would be weird enough to actually count them, right? Right?
Well, we are!
In this actual shot, there are 571 salad plates. No more. 😉
Even more useless information: There are actually 9 stacks of 57 plates, except for the one where Anna takes a plate from, which has 58 plates.
This seems logical, as the animators most likely just copied the same stack (of 57 plates) to all 10 positions and then just animated one single plate on top of the stack to be picked up by Anna.
